The Heather Park Neighbourhood Watch is a voluntary association operated by the community and governed by a well developed, tried and tested Constitution and Code of Conduct with oversight from the Department of Community Safety of the Western Cape.

With the view of adopting a professional, courteous and neighbourly environment while promoting the safety and security of our neighbourhood, all members and patrollers are required to read and apply the HPNW Constitution and Code of Conduct.
