The Heather Park Neighbourhood Watch is a voluntary association operated by the community and governed by a comprehensive Constitution and Code of Conduct under the auspices of the Department of Police Overwatch and Community Safety of the Western Cape.

In order to foster and sustain a professional, courteous and neighbourly environment while promoting the safety and security of our neighbourhood, all members and patrollers are required to read and apply the HPNW Constitution and Code of Conduct.
